What You'll Do
  • Connect with business owners and decision-makers to schedule introductory appointments with our Regional VP of Sales
  • Build rapport with C-suite executives and uncover business challenges
  • Clearly communicate the value of Cogent Analytics' services
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
  • Track activity and performance using CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
  • Represent the Cogent brand with professionalism and confidence

  • Experience: 1+ year in sales, call center, customer service, or leadership roles

Compensation Summary:
$60,000 - $95,000+ (Year 1 On-Target Earnings)
Includes $45,000 base + uncapped commissions and bonuses
$60,000 - $95,000 a year
Competitive Salary: $45,000 base + $15,000-$50,000 in commission and bonuses annually. First-year earning potential: $60,000-$95,000+.
