Description:

The Appointment Setter is responsible for generating high-quality leads for the sales team. In this role, you will be assigned a designated residential territory where you will engage directly with homeowners, build relationships within the community, and schedule qualified appointments for the company’s closers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team through door-to-door outreach.
  • Engage with homeowners in your assigned residential territory to introduce company services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families and homeowners in your area.
  • Schedule appointments for closers with qualified prospects.
  • Utilize the Sol Up app to manage your territory, track activities, and set appointments.
  • Maintain professionalism and accurate documentation of leads and appointments.
  • Strictly follows quality, safety and workplace behavior standards;
  • Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company;
  • Other duties as assigned or required.


Training

New setters will complete the Path to Pro: Setter Training Program, which includes:

  • Video training modules
  • Chapter quizzes
  • Role-play exercise


Compensation

  • This position is 100% commission-based.
  • Earnings are based on deals sold and installed that originate from your scheduled appointments.
  • This role is classified as an independent contractor (1099) position.
Requirements:
  • Preferably Bilingual (Spanish) and Timeshare experience are a plus!
  • A valid Driver License is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and persuade clients as a professional representation of Sol-Up.
  • Reliable and transparent communication skills with team and leaders.
  • Must have reliable transportation and attendance.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Available to work a schedule of 5 days per week which may include weekends.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to:

  • Lift or carry up to 30 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
  • Physically access all work areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability for prolonged periods of time to sit, walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
  • Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in the sales region, be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, heat, cold, noise, dust, fragrance aromas.
