Job description

AmeriPro Roofing an industry leader in exterior remodeling for 25+ years is now hiring an Appointment Setter for our Remote Call Center team! As an appointment setter you call on homeowners to generate interest and set appointments for complimentary exterior home inspections/estimates regarding Roofing, Siding, Window and Gutters projects. Appointment setters will utilize an automatic dialing system with a combination of warm leads and new leads based on market needs. No manual voicemails required. Everything is automated for employee convenience! Your energy is only used when a connection is made!
The ideal appointment setters are self-motivated, positive, accountable, energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing, self-sufficient, disciplined, goal oriented and competitive. Must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends.
Competitive Pay structure:
  • Starting Salary $38,000 - $45,000 + Bonus
  • Bonus Opportunity monthly

Day-To-Day:
  • Schedule M-F 9:30 am-6pm CST & Saturday 8:30am-5pm CST
    • 1 flexible day off during the week to offset schedule
  • Make outbound calls to homeowners (via automated dialing system)
  • Answer connected inbound calls via our automated system
  • Set appointments for our outside sales teams
  • Educate homeowners on the importance of consultation
  • Build rapport and trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)
  • Qualify homeowners to set quality appointments
  • Achieve daily and weekly quota of appointments
  • Use digital automated phone system
  • Set correct dispositions in our dialing system

Requirements:
  • Reliable Internet connection, Laptop or Desktop computer (5 years or newer), and USB Headset
  • 1-2 years' minimum experience in Telemarketing, cold calling lead generation, appointment setting, business development, and or inside sales
  • Previous experience in Home Improvement Industry a plus (not required)
  • Strong Phone presence and presentation skills required
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Previous sales training on objection/rebuttal handling strongly preferred

Location: 100% Remote position. You must live in the following states to be eligible for hire: AZ, CO, FL, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MD, MN, MO, NC, NE, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI
