Our brand-new office in Celebration, Florida is fast-paced and filled with a team that's supportive, driven, and ready to make a real difference.
We're now hiring a full-time Appointment Setter (Sales-Focused) to help convert warm leads into real opportunities and fuel our next phase of growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Follow up with inbound leads, referrals, and warm contacts - no cold prospecting
  • Book qualified appointments for our coaching and consulting services
  • Nurture leads via phone, DM, text, and email to move them through our sales funnel
  • Use and improve upon existing scripts and frameworks
  • Keep track of activity, follow-up timelines, and lead notes in our CRM
  • Consistently hit weekly/monthly booking and performance targets
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - you sound confident and clear
  • Motivated, coachable, and comfortable working toward weekly goals
  • Detail-oriented and organized - you don't let leads slip through the cracks
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales process workflows
  • Desire to grow into higher-level sales roles within the company
