Summary/objective:

Executive Admins are responsible for performing a number of administrative duties to help support our executives.

Expectations at Angel Studios:

  • Amplify light in every action.
  • As the owner of your outcomes, you are empowered to break down silos and coordinate with any and all people you need in order to reach your goals.
  • You are ultimately responsible for achieving the outcomes while also using resources wisely - whether that be money, people, or time.
  • Know your customer - it might be our viewers, investors, creators, or internal Angel Teams. Ensure you understand your customer and are providing what THEY need and not just what you want to build.

Essential functions

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as fund-raising events and/or staff appreciation events.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
  • Constant availability within business hours and flexible availability to ensure urgent deadlines.
  • Patiently keep the Executive on time, on schedule, and aware of deadlines.
  • Communicate executive needs to other team members, as well as the needs of the team back to leadership.
  • Maintain consistent communication between all parties to ensure needed information is being received on both ends.
  • Must attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Work environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.

Physical demands - Will need to be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time. May potentially need to lift 15-20 pounds.

Position type and expected hours of work - Regular full-time, 40 hours per week.

Travel required - No out of state travel anticipated at this time.

Required education and experience

  • 1-3 years of admin experience

Preferred education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with Angel, the Angel Guild, and our body of work (films, series, and other projects).
  • Familiarty with AI
