Job description

Role Overview
We are seeking a polished, hospitality-minded Events Manager to join our Executive Programs and Strategic Events team and lead the planning and execution of key company events and assist with executive-level initiatives. This role is the operational backbone for events where white-glove service, precise logistics, and careful budget stewardship define success. You bring a genuine service orientation, thrive under pressure, and understand that exceptional experiences are built through meticulous planning, gracious stakeholder management, and an unwavering commitment to quality even when the details get complicated.
What you will do:
Event ownership
  • Own end-to-end planning and assist with the execution for Intapp's flagship programs: Revenue Kick-Off, Rainmaker Club trip, and our Sales Leadership Training, including venue sourcing, agenda coordination, vendor management, and on-site production.
  • Manage group travel logistics in close partnership with travel advisors, including air coordination, hotel room blocks, and ground transportation.
  • Own event budgets with discipline and creativity, delivering high-quality experiences within defined parameters and proactively identifying efficiencies without sacrificing the attendee experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, executives, and internal stakeholders, managing expectations with professionalism and consistency across all seniority levels.
  • Partner with full-service event planning agencies for venue sourcing and contract negotiation and engage DMCs to manage on-the-ground logistics, excursions, and attendee experiences for incentive and recognition programs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, run-of-show documents, and communications timelines for each program.

Advisory Boards and flagship event support
  • Support planning and logistics for executive advisory board programs, with a clear understanding of the concierge-level service these audiences require.
  • Contribute to Amplify, Intapp's flagship conference, as part of an integrated events team supporting logistics, attendee experience, and on-site execution.

Cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership, finance, HR, and executive stakeholders to align event programming with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution across every touchpoint.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback post-event and implement improvements to continuously elevate program quality.

What you will need
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event management; background in hotel operations, incentive travel, luxury hospitality, or high-touch corporate events strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing group travel logistics in partnership with travel management companies (TMCs) and full-service event planning agencies, including sourcing and contracting with venues and destinations.
  • Experience working with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to coordinate local ground operations, off-site excursions, and event programming in both domestic and international locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage event budgets under constraint, with a track record of delivering quality within defined parameters.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; comfortable navigating high-request, executive-level audiences with grace and confidence.
  • A professional, even-keeled presence; someone who holds the line with kindness, doesn't take curveballs personally, and understands that in this environment, everyone believes they are the exception.
  • Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in event management platforms (Swoogo, Accelevents) and project management tools (Asana).
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore how AI can enhance event personalization, attendee communications, and post-event report.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at events (approximately 20% of time).
