Job Summary: 

We are seeking an Account Manager responsible for creating a seamless relationship between guards and customers.  The Account Manager will oversee site operations, ensuring both guards and clients receive the highest level of support and service. 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

Duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:  

  • Monitor and assist with staff clock-ins 

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage staff  

  • Communicate effectively via email and phone calls 

  • Provide performance management and counseling to staff as needed 

  • Approve, review, and create system reports and update clients and corporate on incidents 

  • Source, hire, and onboard staff 

  • Conduct staff trainings and briefing 

  • Approve time-off requests and shift times in scheduling systems 

  • Review verify and approve payroll for your staff and locations  

  • Review and correct lunch breaks, post meal penalties, and verify lunch times 

  • Perform other duties as required

  • 2+ Years of Managment experience or equivalent

  • Must possess a state or federal government issued ID

  • Must possess valid security guard licensing

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Familiar with scheduling, payroll, and billing software

  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and staff

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

This position may require working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. It involves standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and lifting. Some positions may also require sitting in front of a computer or monitor for extended periods.
