    • Observe leadership role in coordinating and directing maintenance and construction teams, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Construction Expertise:
    • Develop a strong understanding of construction processes, including conducting property walkthroughs, defining project scopes, and estimating costs.
  • Maintenance Mastery:
    • Become proficient in maintenance operations by learning and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing Maintenance Coordinator (MC) work, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Property Management Support:
    • Provide essential support to Property Managers by proactively troubleshooting issues and contributing to effective problem-solving.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Requirements:

Time Commitment & Schedule:
