Job description

We are a growing independent real estate brokerage in Texas looking for an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team full-time.

This is not an entry-level VA or administrative position. Your primary responsibility is to create conversations, identify opportunities, nurture leads, and turn prospects into qualified appointments for our real estate agents.

We are specifically looking for someone with extensive experience in U.S. residential real estate, real estate lead conversion, cold calling, database management, CRM organization, and appointment setting.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be working and converting our existing and new lead database through consistent outbound calling, texting, email, and systematic follow-up.

You will:

-Work a large aged real estate database and identify buyers and sellers who are ready to re-engage.-

-Prospect expired and withdrawn listings and convert homeowners into listing appointments.

-Call expired rental listings to identify potential sales and property management opportunities.

-Respond quickly to new inbound buyer and seller leads.

-Conduct outbound cold calling and prospecting.

-Qualify buyer and seller motivation, timeline, needs, and readiness.

-Nurture long-term prospects who aren't ready today.

-Set qualified buyer consultations and listing appointments for our agents.

-Maintain accurate notes, statuses, tags, tasks, and follow-up plans inside the CRM.

-Clean, organize, segment, and systematically work a large cold/aged database.

-Build, implement, and optimize automated lead-nurture campaigns using calls, texts, emails, tasks, and other touchpoints.

-Create and manage Brivity Plans and/or Real Geeks Drip Campaigns designed to be engaging, natural, and conversion-focused.

-Evaluate existing nurture campaigns and improve messaging, timing, segmentation, and follow-up based on lead response and conversion.

-Develop and follow scripts while communicating naturally and confidently.

-Develop and document business processes related to the ISA role for future ISAs as we are a growing team.

-Understand when the lead could be a buyer, a listing, a property management opportunity or an investment opportunity.

What We're Looking For

Extensive U.S. real estate experience is required.

The ideal candidate has previous experience as a:

Real Estate ISA

Technology Experience

Experience with the following is a strong plus:

Brivity CRM โ€” especially Plans and lead follow-up workflows

BrokerMint โ€” transaction management

Buildium โ€” property management

Real estate dialers and calling platforms

Other major U.S. real estate CRMs and lead-management systems

**We're especially interested in candidates who have personally built or improved CRM nurture campaigns, rather than simply used campaigns created by someone else.**

We need someone who is:

Highly influential and persuasive

Assertive and appropriately dominant

Confident asking for the appointment

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Energetic and engaging on the phone

Persistent without sounding aggressive

Comfortable handling objections and rejection

Organized and disciplined with follow-up

An excellent English communicator with clear, professional spoken and written English

We want someone who can build rapport quickly but is also comfortable taking control of a conversation, uncovering motivation, handling objections, and asking for the appointment.

Success in This Role

We are results-oriented. Activity is important, but the goal isn't simply to make calls.

The goal is qualified appointments and ultimately closed business.

Performance will be measured using metrics such as:
