ISA - Inside Sales Agent for Real Estate Sales Team
Are you interested in Real Estate Sales? We're a high-performing residential real estate team seeking a driven, articulate, and coachable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to manage and convert both inbound and outbound internet leads.
This role is the heartbeat of our lead generation and client engagement pipeline - focused on qualifying leads, building rapport, setting appointments, and transferring live calls to our licensed agents and lenders. If you thrive on connecting with people, love fast-paced work, and enjoy seeing measurable results, this position is for you. We would love to meet with you and see if it's a good fit.
Real Estate Agents are welcome. Online lead sales are a plus.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $40,000 - $48,000 /year (based on experience)
Total Expected Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000/year (base + bonus)
