Job description

About Baird & Warner Real Estate

Behind every great company is a culture created by the professionals who work there. It's what has earned Baird & Warner a Top Workplace designation from the Chicago Tribune ten times. Throughout our rich history, we've stayed true to the belief that when you give people the support they need, amazing things happen. That's why we empower you to be independent, grow in your career, do the right thing by your colleagues and your community, and have a true work/life balance. We truly care about making our team feel part of something bigger by sharing a single purpose - making it easier for homebuyers and sellers to realize their real estate dreams.

Job Summary

Baird & Warner's New Client Care Team (NCCT) is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA). This isn't just a lead-taking role; it is a relationship-building powerhouse position. You will be the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, and renters, acting as the bridge between initial interest and a closed deal.

As an ISA, you will leverage a sophisticated tech stack to qualify leads, nurture long-term prospects, and seamlessly transition ready-to-act clients to our field agents and mortgage partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Lead Management & Nurturing

  • High-Volume Engagement: Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound communication (calls, texts, emails, and chat).
  • CRM Mastery: Utilize Cloze CRM to meticulously track, update, and prioritize lead data to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Persistent Follow-up: Execute rigorous nurture campaigns, providing value-driven content to keep potential clients engaged over the long term.

Client Consultation & Value Proposition

  • Expert Qualification: Use proven scripts and dialogues to uncover client needs, motivations, and timelines.
  • One-Stop Shop Integration: Educate clients on the benefits of our integrated services, including Key Mortgage pre-approval and vetted title/legal services.
  • Property Insight: Utilize Zenlist to provide real-time property data and search options to prospective buyers.

Conversion & Pipeline Growth

  • Appointment Setting: Secure and document high-quality appointments for field agents, ensuring a smooth hand-off within the CRM.
  • Referral Generation: Proactively reach out to company-generated past clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Video Outreach: Incorporate BombBomb video messaging to personalize the client experience and increase response rates.
Performance Standards
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity benchmarks (dials, contacts, and appointments set/met, contracts, and closings).
  • Time Blocking: Adhere to an "Ideal Week" schedule to maximize productivity and ensure dedicated focus on revenue-generating activities.
  • Accountability: Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and conversion ratios.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Licensure: Must possess and maintain an active Illinois Real Estate Broker License.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "confident" phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in G Suite is required. Familiarity with Cloze, Dialpad, Zenlist, and BombBomb is a significant plus.
  • Agility: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion with sensitive client information.
  • Mindset: You are coachable, highly motivated, and thrive in a performance-based environment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work a schedule that includes some evenings and weekends.
Compensations & Benefits
  • $45,000 Salary plus performance-based incentives and bonuses.
  • Opportunity for growth within one of Chicagoland's most respected real estate brands.
  • Hybrid work environment based out of our Schaumburg (Martingale) office.
  • PTO, VTO, 401K, Medical Dental, and Vision Insurance
