Summary
Join Real Estate Solutions Group (RESG), a supportive, results-focused team helping motivated agents build consistent and rewarding real estate careers. We're looking for driven, coachable professionals who appreciate structure, guidance, and a collaborative environment designed for long-term growth.
You'll connect with leads, explore new business opportunities, build client relationships, show properties, negotiate contracts, and grow your business. Along the way, you'll have access to daily script practice, goal setting and accountability, one-on-one coaching, team training, and proven systems to help you stay organized and productive.
At RESG, you won't be expected to figure everything out alone. You'll have access to team-generated leads, an ISA, marketing and transaction support, coaching, technology, and a collaborative culture focused on steady progress and measurable results.
Responsibilities
  • Follow up consistently with team-generated and personal leads
  • Prospect daily to generate new business and opportunities
  • Practice and implement daily scripts and communication strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations
  • Show properties and guide clients through the buying and selling process
  • Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and manage transactions
  • Maintain accurate lead and client information in team systems
  • Follow established RESG systems, processes, and workflows
  • Set weekly and monthly production goals and track progress
  • Participate in one-on-one coaching, team meetings, training, and accountability sessions
  • Communicate proactively with clients, team members, and support staff
  • Continuously develop real estate knowledge, sales skills, and business-building strategies
  • Take ownership of personal production, pipeline, and business growth
Qualifications
  • Active Washington real estate license or ability to obtain one
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Coachable and willing to implement proven systems and processes
  • Comfortable with daily prospecting, lead follow-up, and sales conversations
  • Willing to participate in daily script practice, coaching, training, and accountability
  • Organized and able to manage multiple clients and opportunities
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
  • Committed to tracking goals, activities, and results
  • Strong follow-through and time-management skills
