Join Pinnacle Collective’s Zillow Lead Team

Pinnacle Collective is hiring motivated real estate agents to work Zillow and warm transfer opportunities across the greater Milwaukee market.

Led by Marissa Canario, Pinnacle Collective is built for agents who want a more hands-on, coaching-focused team environment with strong lead support, structured onboarding, and the ability to grow inside a modern real estate platform.

This role is ideal for agents who want access to serious lead sources, ISA support, and the training needed to convert more buyer and seller conversations.

Newer agents also participate in the seven-week Sales Rocket training program, along with a welcome call and additional coaching support.

Ongoing development includes:

  1. Weekly team meetings
  2. Weekly group coaching for new agents

Who We’re Looking For

This role is a fit for agents who are:

  1. Licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
  2. Comfortable working Zillow and warm transfer opportunities
  3. Coachable and willing to follow a team system
  4. Strong with follow-up or committed to improving
  5. Interested in serving the Milwaukee-area market
  6. Open to training, coaching, and accountability
  7. Serious about building a long-term real estate career
Why Pinnacle Collective

Most agents do not need more random leads. They need better systems, better follow-up, better coaching, and a team that helps turn conversations into closings.

Pinnacle Collective gives agents lead opportunities, ISA support, training, marketing resources, transaction support, and a clear operating structure.
