Job description

Position Summary

The Outbound Real Estate Prospecting ISA is responsible for generating listing opportunities through proactive daily prospecting. This role focuses on contacting expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, past clients, sphere, absentee owners, and targeted farm areas. The ISA’s primary objective is to set qualified listing appointments and maintain a consistent pipeline of motivated sellers.

This role is ideal for a disciplined, confident communicator who thrives in a structured environment and understands seller psychology, real estate dynamics, and the importance of persistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Make 150–300 outbound calls per day to:
    • Expired listings
    • FSBOs
    • Circle prospecting around new listings/sales
    • Past clients & sphere
    • Absentee owners
    • Investors
    • Geographic farm areas
  • Identify seller motivation, timeline, property condition, and pricing expectations.
  • Convert cold leads into warm opportunities through consistent follow-up.

Appointment Setting

  • Set qualified listing appointments for the agent/team.
  • Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
  • Overcome objections confidently and professionally.
  • Track all appointments, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
