Role Description

Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate & Development Intern to support Commercial Operations through reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing project and business performance data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making within the Real Estate & Development sector. The internship will be focused on reporting and data analytics for commercial operations supporting the Real Estate & Development industry.

Role accountabilities:

As an intern you will work closely with business leaders and operational teams to collect, analyze, and present data that enhances strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth. The role will focus on reporting and data analytics activities supporting commercial operations within the global Real Estate & Development industry.

  • Collect, validate, and analyze business and operational project data to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Support commercial operations initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze trends, KPIs, and business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create data visualizations and presentations for leadership and stakeholder reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and improve data quality.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis and workflow documentation.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects related to business operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Interest in commercial operations, real estate development, and business strategy.
  • Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
