Our client, an international consulting firm, is seeking a driven Strategy Consultant to join their expanding New York City team. In this role, you will manage key project workstreams, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate complex data into actionable strategies for executive-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in consulting, investment banking, or private equity and is energized by solving high-stakes business challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining high standards for deliverables and deadlines
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations directly to client leadership
  • Apply both quantitative and qualitative approaches to address complex business challenges

    Qualifications

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or engineering
    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
    • Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to problem solving

    Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 + Bonus
