Job description

Are you looking for camaraderie, collaboration and a challenge? Do you want to be part of one of the largest real estate practice teams in the West?If so, our client wants you. We have an immediate need for aReal Estate Associate with 3-6 years of experience in complex real estate transactionsto join our team. This person can be based in any of our offices, with a preference for Denver, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas or Washington, D.C.

Qualified candidates will have superb drafting skills, a proven track record working in real estate within a law firm, an excellent academic performance, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Lending, land use and/or general corporate law experience preferred, but not required. Candidates should be comfortable working with sophisticated market participants.
