An AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Miami or Fort Lauderdale office.

This is a strong opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to work on a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a growing, collaborative national platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
  • Supporting real estate financing transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  • Working on joint ventures and development projects
  • Managing key components of transactions from start to finish
What They’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of transactional real estate experience
  • Strong experience with leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
  • Ability to manage deals and work directly with clients
  • Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • JD + active Florida bar admission required
