Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Recruitment Sales Representative to expand Hire Entry’s client relationships. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new client accounts while working directly with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs. The Recruitment Sales Representative acts as a consultative partner, offering job board and recruitment solutions that help businesses effectively hire entry-level talent.

This is a field/office-based role requiring in-person client meetings, local market outreach, and active pipeline management.

Essential Functions

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within an assigned territory.
  • Build, manage, and grow a field-based sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business owners to assess hiring needs.
  • Promote Hire Entry’s Job board, employer branding, and recruitment solutions as tools to streamline entry-level hiring.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking events, job fairs, trade shows, referrals, and social media outreach.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, opportunities, and activity within the CRM.
  • Follow a structured, consultative sales process while adapting to client-specific recruitment challenges.
  • Build long-term client relationships by serving as a trusted recruitment advisor.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations, clearly communicating value and ROI.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, competitive offerings, and entry-level hiring best practices.
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of field sales, recruitment sales, staffing, or job board sales experience in a commission-based environment.
  • Background in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Staffing, or HR solutions strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to prospect, close, and manage client accounts in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to diagnose hiring needs and recommend tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and phone communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the filed while collaborating with internal team.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other sales productivity tools.
  • High Level of Professionalism, organization, and customer service focus.
