What You'll Do

  • Source, recruit, and qualify top talent across a variety of industries and leadership levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, qualifications, and culture fit.
  • Partner closely with leadership to understand client hiring needs and search strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS/CRM.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries.
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach through placement.
  • Build long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.


What We're Looking For

  • Recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, hospitality, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, resilient attitude.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, or recruiting platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
