We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter who is excited to learn the fundamentals of technical and business hiring. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in talent acquisition, startups, and the intersection of people and technology.
You'll work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and operations to help identify, engage, and coordinate candidates across technical and non-technical roles as we grow our team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Coordination
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to mid-level roles across engineering, design, operations, and business functions
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound applications
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and internal teams

Candidate Experience
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience

  • Work with operations and leadership to support hiring processes and timelines

  • Stay curious about hiring trends, especially in tech and AI-driven companies
Qualifications
Education

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Professional, empathetic, and candidate-focused
What We Offer
  • Competitive Entry-Level Compensation aligned with experience and growth potential
  • Flexible Work Environment that supports work-life balance
  • Career Growth with exposure to recruiting strategy, hiring managers, and leadership
  • High-Impact Role where your work directly shapes the company's growth
  • Cutting-Edge Industry Exposure at the intersection of AI, technology, and professional services
