Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales/GTM Recruiter to drive the hiring efforts primarily for our Go-To-Market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Implementation Engineering, and Marketing. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-performing sales professionals, such as Sales Directors, Inside Sales Directors, Customer Success Managers, Marketing team members, and Implementation Engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS companies in the Lead Generation, MarTech, or AdTech industries, while also possessing a strong understanding of quota-carrying roles, sales methodologies, and revenue-driven hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales and GTM roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, Boolean search, networking, and Lead Gen industry connections.
  • Screen candidates for sales acumen, pipeline and quota attainment history, and motivational and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, while providing prompt guidance and feedback to hiring teams.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes dedicated to driving down time to fill while also measuring quality of hire.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of top-tier sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a world-class and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process through onboarding.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in the Lead Generation, MarTech, or AdTech industries, with a focus on sales and GTM roles.
  • Ability to work independently, source strong candidates, and be self directed
  • Proven ability to quickly hire quota-carrying sales professionals with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, AI, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of sales processes, commission compensation structures, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to assess candidates for consultative selling skills, negotiation abilities, and resilience.
  • Experience working in a remote-first, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Talent Intelligence Platforms, and other recruitment technologies (we currently use JazzHR, but are always exploring alternative tools).
