The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join Chatham's Human Resources team and play a key role in advancing the organization's talent strategy across the United States while collaborating with global stakeholders. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition colleagues toidentify, attract, and hire exceptional talent that supports Chatham's growth and businessobjectives. The role will also help strengthen university recruiting initiatives, internship programs, and emerging talent pipelines while ensuring an inclusive, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

In this role you will:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple regions and time zones, including intake meetings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers toproactivelyidentifyfuture talent needs and develop solutions for business growthobjectivesand workforce plans.

  • Build andmaintaintalent pipelines for critical, recurring, and future hiring needs.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategiesutilizingjob boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, direct outreach, and talent communities.

  • Manage employer branding presence across career sites, social media platforms, partnerships, and professional networking channels.

  • Support university recruiting initiatives by building relationships with target institutions, coordinating campus engagement activities, and managing internship and entry-level talent programs.

  • Represent Chatham at career fairs, campus events, networking opportunities, and recruiting-related activities both virtually and in person, as needed.

  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and university recruiting outcomes, andprovideactionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Advisehiring managers on interview best practices, talent market trends, and effective selection processes.

  • Support onboarding activities to help new employees successfully transition into the organization.

Contributors to your success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2-5years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including recruiting across multiple business functions and geographic regions.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding.

  • Experience supporting university recruiting programs, internship initiatives, and entry-level talent hiring.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and compliance considerations across multiplejurisdictions.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging candidates through a variety of recruiting channels and technologies.

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday.

  • Excellent communication, organization, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.

  • Experience within professional services, financial services, or a similarly complex organization preferred.

  • Experience supporting both technical and corporate recruiting preferred.

  • Familiarity with workforce planning, talent analytics, and recruitment metrics preferred.
