As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work onsite, engaging closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care solutions to our patients.

• Manage comprehensive patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various dermatological conditions.
• Conduct consultations and provide in-depth patient education regarding treatment options, skincare practices, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with facility physicians to develop and execute individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Ensure adherence to department policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards in every aspect of care delivery.
• Participate in regular competency evaluations, in-service training, and staff meetings, contributing to team discussions and sharing insights to enhance patient care.
• Demonstrate age-specific competency in providing care by considering various factors such as patients’ age, sex, and physical condition.

The Nurse Practitioner role at Skin Savvy Specialists focuses on a diverse patient population, ranging from children to seniors, each presenting unique dermatological needs. You will encounter a variety of cases including general skin conditions, cosmetic concerns, and post-surgical follow-up care. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will play a crucial role in fostering long-term patient relationships and ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

• A valid Nurse Practitioner certification (NP-C) and state licensure.
• A Master's Degree in Nursing is required to ensure a solid background in advanced patient care practices.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in dermatology or a related field, with a proven track record in independent decision-making and clinical supervision.
• Demonstrated expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures is highly preferred, enabling comprehensive patient consultations and treatment planning.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 125,000 to 300,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, our benefits include:
