Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Lead, Wealth Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in direct sourcing, front-office recruiting, and full life cycle talent acquisition and a proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and deliver measurable hiring outcomes in financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Wealth Management, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes to ensure a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Develop and execute proactive direct sourcing strategies across social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify high-caliber front-office and financial services talent.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor, providing market intelligence, candidate assessments, and guidance on competitive hiring approaches.
  • Recommend and negotiate offers, including complex compensation structures and relocation packages, supported by clear rationale.
  • Maintain timely communication with hiring managers and stakeholders, delivering structured updates and feedback.
  • Research competitor hiring activity and peer organizations to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring policies, compliance standards, and best practices, escalating risk or control issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting in large or complex organizations, preferably financial services.
  • Demonstrated direct sourcing expertise using LinkedIn and social platforms to engage passive candidates.
  • Experience in a consultative recruiting model advising senior stakeholders on strategy and evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of complex compensation components, including base, bonus, and relocation, with offer development and negotiation capability.
  • Leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Front-office recruiting in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or related financial services lines.
  • Familiarity with diversity recruiting programs and participation in external talent community events.
  • Master's degree or postgraduate qualification.
