What You'll Do

As our Senior Recruitment Specialist, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, employee referrals, networking, social media, career fairs, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to identify highly qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and niche positions.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, market trends, and recruiting best practices.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring regulations.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiting team members when appropriate.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for professional, technical, operations, or skilled trade positions.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for industrial services, equipment rental, construction, manufacturing, HVAC, power generation, or skilled trades.
  • Experience supporting multi-state recruiting efforts.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or similar certification.
  • Hybrid schedule available following successful onboarding
