Support the company's growth strategy by researching and evaluating acquisition targets, partnership opportunities, and new markets.

Your daily life:

  • Research potential acquisition targets across the U.S.ย ย 
  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and industry developments.ย ย 
  • Evaluate companies based on service offerings, geographic reach, and strategic fit.ย ย 
  • Build and maintain acquisition prospect lists and company profiles.ย ย 
  • Prepare executive summaries, scorecards, and recommendations.ย ย 
  • Track M&A activity within tax consulting, engineering, and professional services sectors.ย ย 
  • Support leadership with strategic growth initiatives.ย 
Qualifications

Idealy, but not exclusively:

  • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related fieldย
