Job description

We are seeking a bilingual dedicated and detail-oriented office assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for data entries, travel to and from sites, office calls, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent at our hiring agency. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies for sourcing candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, great customer service and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate our office duties, including job postings, Data Entry and customer service.
  • Utilize various platforms, including social media management, to attract potential candidates for recruiters to process.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and training development programs for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems such as Avionte BOLD
  • Provide ongoing support to customers / visitors
  • Travel Required: Must maintain reliable transportation

Expected hours: 40 per week
