365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations with a terminal in Raleigh, NC and recruiting safety-focused Class A CDL professionals to run regional lanes across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35). We offer consistent miles, newer equipment, secure terminal parking, and predictable home time for drivers seeking a reliable career.

Compensation and benefits include:

  • Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
  • Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
  • Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
