Monthly earning potential with base + incentive = $20,400. This role is for non-practicing attorneys, solo practitioners, mediators, arbitrators, negotiators - someone who can pivot, negotiate, push cases forward, overcome obstacles, and turn overpayments into recovered dollars. We're hiring high-value case closers - not processors, not task-takers.

What You'll Do:

  • Recover high-dollar overpayments through assertive, persuasive phone outreach.
  • Own each case from first contact to approved repayment.
  • Advance 20+ productive calls/day with real movement, not just activity.
  • Navigate objections & escalations professionally and persistently.
  • Document cleanly using compliant templates and Excel tracking.
  • Work with urgency, strategy, accountability, and execution
  • No cold calls - contacting medical providers

  • Starting at $6000 bonus for $100K in monthly recoveries
