ENTRY LEVEL: Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator

📍 Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🏭 Manufacturing Environment


Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive entry level marketing/sales candidate to support both sales operations and marketing initiatives within a growing manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for someone who received their bachelor's degree from university who has an interest in—supporting customer relationships, managing orders and CRM data, and contributing to marketing campaigns, content, and analytics. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations while helping drive brand visibility and growth.


Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Support
  • Support the sales team with customer quotes, pricing requests, and proposal preparation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and order status requests
  • Process and manage purchase orders (POs) with high accuracy
  • Maintain and update CRM records, customer accounts, and sales activity
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Review customer contracts and terms to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
  • Maintain organized documentation, cost sheets, and product information
  • Answer and route incoming calls and support general office coordination
  • Manage office purchasing and track expenses

Marketing Support
  • Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials and branded content
  • Manage and schedule social media content (especially LinkedIn)
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and content optimization
  • Assist with email campaigns and marketing outreach efforts
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and report insights
  • Maintain marketing assets, templates, and content libraries

Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits
