The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for working across our Email, SMS and Marketing Push Notification channels to support the execution, quality and optimization of building best in class customer journeys through email and SMS campaigns, innovating across new and existing channels, messaging and audiences, and will bring process improvements and AI innovations to improve the everyday operating work across our business critical owned lifecycle marketing channels (primarily Email & SMS) to our customer base. Daily responsibilities will range across driving campaign execution, campaign builds, QA and KPI reporting, to channel optimization strategies and operating process improvements.


We're looking for driven, curious self-starters with hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing - email, SMS, and push notifications. The ideal candidate is highly passionate with building and optimizing best-in-class customer journeys, brings strong attention to detail, and consistently looks for ways to improve processes and channel performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist team in monitoring email and SMS campaign development process schedules and progress to deliver against team goal of planning, scheduling and executing timely messages to intended audiences.
  • Ensure channel strategies and accurate execution of campaigns via reviewing all email proofs for content and design accuracy.
  • Assist team in strategic planning and test plan development to optimize email and SMS channel results
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests by setting up test structures, monitoring performance, and synthesizing initial insights to support the broader testing roadmap led by senior team members.
  • Assist the team in maintaining data hygiene with our lifecycle marketing data across events, attributes and customer profiles.
  • Support campaign readiness reviews by confirming data feeds, segmentation rules, and platform configurations meet requirements prior to launch.
  • Assist the team in delivering on our audience centric content strategy and activation plans, orchestrate consumer journeys and messaging cadence, and drive a phased "crawl walk run" roadmap for continuous experience optimization
  • Monitor competition, benchmark performance and bring outside inspiration to build innovative new strategies and expand capabilities across lifecycle marketing channels
  • Support campaign readiness reviews by confirming data feeds, segmentation rules, and platform configurations meet requirements prior to launch.
  • Support team in developing and executing crawl, walk, run marketing plans and customer journey integration points for newly launched SMS channel
  • Document & improve team operating processes
  • Seek, find and solve opportunities to leverage AI for team operating process opportunities & improvements
  • Drive collaboration/ connection points to other marketing and product teams
  • Stay up to date on lifecycle marketing channel best practices and the competitive landscape
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Minimum Requirements

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Email, SMS, CRM or related roles.
  • Experience using any ESP tools (Braze, Pardot or any email systems)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Email marketing automation platforms. Strong project and time management skills
  • Understanding of segmentation logic, customer attributes, and lifecycle triggers.
  • Foundational knowledge of A/B testing concepts, test setup, and performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and process orientation.
The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
