Job description

We’re looking for a senior copywriter who can bring sharp strategy and standout storytelling to lifecycle, paid digital, and social-first marketing campaigns. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates well across teams, and knows how to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging that drives action.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging copy for email marketing, CRM, lifecycle, and retention campaigns.
  • Write performance-focused advertising copy for digital, social, and display channels.
  • Develop scripts, hooks, and concepts for short-form social video content, including TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Build messaging frameworks and storytelling approaches that support engagement and conversion goals.
  • Partner with designers, marketers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences while keeping brand voice and marketing objectives consistent.
  • Review and incorporate feedback from legal, compliance, and internal stakeholders while maintaining clarity and impact.
  • Manage multiple projects at once and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
Skills
  • 7+ years of copywriting experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showing email, CRM/lifecycle, paid digital, and customer acquisition work.
  • Experience writing social-first content and video scripts for short-form platforms.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, customer journeys, and conversion-driven messaging.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-informed marketing goals.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working independently, navigating ambiguity, and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with creating content for emerging social platforms.
  • Ability to contribute ideas that support both brand consistency and performance outcomes.
