EōS Fitness is one of the fastest-growing gym chains in the country, with 225+ locations open or coming soon nationwide. We're looking for an Email & CRM Marketing Manager to own our lifecycle marketing program end to end - from automated customer journeys to campaign strategy to performance reporting.
This is a high-visibility role with real ownership. You'll work directly with our Director of Lifecycle Marketing and collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Sales and Customer Service to drive member acquisition, activation and long-term loyalty at scale.
This role is responsible for directly impacting revenue through lifecycle marketing performance and will own execution and optimization across core member journeys.
Location: Addison/Farmers Branch, TX (near Galleria Mall)
Schedule: Hybrid - Monday and Friday in-office, Tuesday through Thursday flexible.
What You'll Do:
  • Own end-to-end execution of email, SMS and push campaigns - including drafting, QA, audience targeting and deployment
  • Directly build and deploy campaigns and flows inside Klaviyo, including setup of triggers, filters, splits and conditional logic
  • Build and optimize automated customer journeys in Klaviyo to improve conversion, activation and retention
  • Build multi-step, behavior-based workflows with branching logic driven by user engagement and lifecycle stage
  • Develop dynamic segmentation and personalization strategies that deliver relevant experiences at the right moment
  • Work with audience data and segmentation logic, including list management, behavioral targeting and lifecycle stage mapping
  • Run a structured A/B and multivariate testing program across subject lines, send times, creative and cadence
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and platform-level reporting; produce clear, actionable insights for the broader team
  • Identify performance gaps across campaigns and flows (drop-offs, low engagement, fatigue) and recommend data-driven optimizations
  • Define and track lifecycle KPIs and contribute to ROI reporting and campaign planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align lifecycle programs with business goals and ensure consistent messaging
  • Audit existing lifecycle programs to identify gaps, inefficiencies or missed opportunities and implement improvements

What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience in email, CRM or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required) or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Proven experience building and launching lifecycle marketing flows end-to-end (welcome, conversion, retention, winback)
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable pulling reports, identifying trends and translating data into recommendations
  • Ability to diagnose performance issues across lifecycle funnels and take action based on data insights
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with sharp attention to detail
  • Clear confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and solve problems independently when needed
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Advertising or a related field
  • Comfortable working with audience data, segmentation and campaign performance reporting (CSV uploads, list builds, audience logic)

Bonus Points:
  • Experience marketing to a consumer subscription or membership audience
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4
  • Experience working with customer data platforms or similar audience segmentation tools
  • Background in health, fitness or wellness (a plus, not a requirement)
  • Candidates with hands-on execution experience across email and SMS automation will be prioritized.
  • Including examples of lifecycle campaigns, automated flows or results you have built or managed. (a plus, not a requirement)
