Position Overview:
The Director, Lifecycle Marketing owns the enterprise lifecycle strategy across owned channels, focusing on driving customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role elevates lifecycle marketing from executional delivery to a strategic growth lever, using data, personalization, and automation to strengthen customer relationships throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Functions:
  • Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and emerging owned channels
  • Own segmentation, personalization, and automation roadmaps aligned to customer and business goals
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing technology, including personalization and automation platforms, and lead the roadmap to ensure scalable, best-in-class execution.
  • Partner with Analytics and Customer Insights to inform targeting, testing, and optimization
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Media teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences
  • Establish performance KPIs and reporting to measure effectiveness and impact
  • Lead a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve engagement and results
  • Lead, coach, and develop lifecycle marketing team members
  • Ensure lifecycle programs adhere to data privacy, consent, and compliance standards in partnership with Legal and Marketing Operations.

Education / Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer and performance data
  • Experience leading teams and complex marketing programs
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and personalization strategies
  • Retail or eCommerce experience strongly preferred

This position is eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
