Position Summary
Dunwoody Village is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone beginning their HR career. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-service focused, and eager to learn. On-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize employee records, including filing and document management
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across various functions
  • Support onboarding activities, including paperwork and coordination
  • Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and strong customer service
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR-related information

Qualifications
