At our Fortune 1000 diversified energy company, you&rsquo;ll find a friendly, community-minded environment, with flexible work schedules, opportunities for growth and development, and competitive pay and benefits.<br><br>New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources, is seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Liaison to promote energy efficiency programs to commercial customers, including municipalities, businesses, and multifamily properties, while managing projects from planning through completion. Partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to increase program participation, enhance customer engagement, and support sustainability objectives.<br><br>Major Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Drive business development efforts through targeted outreach to generate qualified leads and advance new opportunities.</li><li>Present program overview and explain details to potential commercial (such as municipalities, universities, schools, hospitals, and non-profit entities) and multifamily opportunities.</li><li>Provide assistance and support to participants throughout the complete cycle from initial presentations to final project commissioning.</li><li>Review and explain energy audits findings and recommendations to participants.</li><li>Develop and maintain solid business relationships with program contractors, engineering firms, and program participants.</li><li>Help to coordinate all activities and interactions between program participants, contractors, SAVEGREEN staff and program contractors.</li><li>Provide timely project and prospective project reporting.</li><li>Assist in developing program forecasting and have accountability for goals and metrics projected.</li><li>Identify and recruit quality contractors to participate as program trade allies.</li><li>Support all evaluation, measurement and verification activities related to SAVEGREEN programs.</li><li>Help with Vendor interactions for Residential Programs.</li><li>Provide support to SAVEGREEN marketing and outreach efforts when necessary.</li></ul><br>Position Requirements:<br><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of related professional experience.</li><li>Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Experience supporting project sales, execution, and oversight.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access) and other relevant business applications.</li><li>Effective verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.</li><li>Experience with commercial HVAC equipment, project-based sales, or commercial energy efficiency programs preferred.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require.</li></ul><br>* The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary.<br><br>Location type is Hybrid.<br><br>Other Details:<br><br>Compensation: Expected base pay range for this role will be $77,000- $104,000.<br>Base pay is based on several factors including, experience, skills, and knowledge.<br><br>This role will be eligible to participate in an annual short term incentive program.<br><br>Benefits That Support You<br><ul><li>Day one medical coverage, including prescription, vision and dental plans, so you&rsquo;re supported right away.</li><li>Our 401(k) plan has a generous company match to help you invest in your future.</li><li>Direct Stock Purchase Plan (with optional payroll deduction for employees).</li><li>Wellness perks, including free on and off site fitness centers and other programs to keep you feeling your best.</li><li>A confidential Employee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing.</li><li>Professional development and tuition reimbursement to help grow your skills and advance your career.</li><li>Vacation and company-paid holidays, so you can rest and recharge.</li><li>Flexible work arrangements with many roles offering hybrid options based on job responsibilities</li></ul><br>New Jersey Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
