About the role:
Minneapolis, MN
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), flexible between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Location: Primarily remote with 1 day/week in office

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response organization. You will play a critical part in administering high-volume rebate and incentive programs that help guide energy efficiency and sustainability projects.
This is a high-volume, operations-driven role focused on rebate processing and program administration where accuracy, compliance, and efficiency are necessary due to regulatory oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high volumes of rebate applications and work orders (tens of thousands annually)
  • Manage within shared Salesforce queues, working oldest to newest
  • Validate customer eligibility, equipment qualifications, and incentive amounts
  • Review applications submitted with digital systems, PDFs, and physical mail
  • Use Salesforce reporting tools to track progress and meet daily/weekly quotas
  • Collaborate with internal team members through chat and other communication tools
  • Coordinate indirectly with third-party vendors through Salesforce, email, or chat
  • Support both residential and commercial rebate workflows
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency projects

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in:
    • High-volume processing or shared-queue environments
    • Operations, program administration, or data processing roles
  • Experience working with modern systems (not manual data entry processes)
  • High school diploma/GED
