Position DescriptionPerforms work to assist in the organization and implementation of projects and programs. Responsibilities include activities which require knowledge of departmental procedures. Employee performance is based upon a review of completed work and overall results obtained.
Major/Essential Functions- Embody the TTUHSC shared values of kindhearted, integrity, one team, visionary and beyond service.
- Follow all TTUS and TTUHSC Operating, IT and Safety policies, completing all trainings as required.
- Assist the ER Business Manager in budget preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation activities by tracking expenditures, verifying financial data for accuracy, and supporting the timely resolution of discrepancies in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist in the process of preparing, proofing of event invitation mailings, acknowledgements and guest follow-up. Assist the event planners with coordinating and supporting event logistics to ensure activities, materials, and event operations are organized and executed efficiently.
- Support and provide administrative and strategic coordination support to the Communications and Marketing team.

Occasional Duties- Contribute to the overall success of the University and External Relations Division by performing other duties as assigned.
