Description
The Talent Management Program Manager for Performance serves as the domain expert responsible for designing and managing feedback and performance processes, practices, and guidance across the company. This role will partner closely across the Talent Management team, and cross-functionally with the Compensation and People Business Partner teams across Apple-carefully balancing the need for consistency against unique functional needs.","responsibilities":"Design our approach, manage end-to-end efforts, build tools and learning resources, and deliver talent management products to provide effective and positive experiences for talent at Apple.
Manage the Performance program, including project management and change leadership for the enterprise-wide performance review event.
Design and build high quality enablement resources and communication to support leaders, team members, and People Business Partners throughout the performance review process.
Continuously evaluate and evolve existing programs and resources to drive operational excellence across our portfolio of talent management programs.
Partner with our analytics team to identify critical insights and share recommendations.
Develop programs and initiatives to enable readiness, manage change, create adoption, and instill ownership across the company.
Ensure a clear communication strategy is set for any talent programs or products you manage; ensure specific communications are delivered just in time with the clarity needed for the targeted audience.
Ensure the talent management programs and products you manage are aligned with our talent philosophy and seamlessly integrated into HR technology, tools, and practices, including the HRIS and people support functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
You have experience as a People Business Partner (PBP) or have worked in close partnership with business leaders and have developed credibility to advise.
You’re analytical and are comfortable conducting analysis and using metrics, dashboards, and workforce analytics to ground recommendations and track impact.
You’re familiar with HR tools and technologies, such as Workday, and have experience integrated performance management strategy within the system
You manage projects in a highly organized, structured way across complex ecosystems - identifying and mitigating risks to best drive results.
You build trust and credibility to influence and strategically advise leaders to get to the best outcomes.
You understand how to manage significant change efforts and drive adoption across large, complex organizations.
You partner well with others to develop the best solutions and find the best path forward.
You strive for excellence in everything you do.
You simplify sophisticated and complex problems and distill big decisions down to their core.
You adapt to change and find the right path - even without having all of the pieces to the puzzle.
You know yourself - your strengths and opportunities for growth. And you’re open to feedback.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of HR experience
2+ years of experience working as a specialist in Performance Management or Talent Management programs
Demonstrated expertise in talent management design principles and methodologies, systems integration, and evaluation.
Experience managing org-wide talent management programs and events in large, complex organizations.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
