Job description

Responsibilities -Instructs assigned students employing varied instructional strategies; using technology where appropriate. -Works cooperatively with colleagues, parents and administrators. -Plans instruction with teaching team members and instructional specialist.

-Attends workshops and in-service seminars as prepared by Assistant Superintendent to improve instruction. -Communicates regularly with parents and administration. -Performs other reasonably related duties as required.

Qualifications -Elementary Massachusetts Certification required. -Demonstrated knowledge of varied instructional strategies. -Evidence of current course work in elementary curriculum.

-Knowledge of technology as an instructional tool. -Demonstrated understanding of sound growth and development principles. -Evidence of strong interpersonal skills.
