We are seeking a seasoned, highly detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Project Manager to lead day-to-day global e-commerce operations. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our Site Experience and Site Content teams, driving cross-functional collaboration with internal marketing and creative partners.
This is a dedicated project management role for a true PM professional who thrives on organization, end-to-end execution, and streamlining complex digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day global e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth execution across digital platforms and alignment with global market strategies.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary connector between the Site Experience (platform features & tech) and Site Content (creative briefing & asset production) teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Asset & Content Production Management: Oversee the lifecycle of global ecommerce assets, including 3D packshots, product textures, launch hygiene content, videos, and product laydowns, coordinating directly with regional zones, marketing teams, and external vendors.
  • Project Tracking & QA: Maintain and own weekly project trackers, set and enforce timelines, manage deliverables, and cross-check creative assets against original briefs to guarantee accuracy before launch.
  • Meeting Facilitation & Documentation: Attend all core cross-functional meetings, capture precise feedback/notes, and immediately distribute clear, actionable meeting minutes and brief updates.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, push back on unrealistic timelines when necessary, and ensure all stakeholders are fully aligned from brief inception to final QA.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of dedicated e-commerce project management experience with a proven track record of driving online sales, growth, and digital asset workflows. Corporate experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, digital design, consumer journeys, and current digital trends (beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Global Exposure: Prior experience working with global markets, particularly APAC or specific regional zones, is a plus.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills; expert ability to manage multi-faceted deliverables independently.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding vocal and written communication, strong aesthetic sense, high adaptability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
