Baseball Website Project

I am looking for someone who fits the following criteria for an update on my baseball instructor website that is in Squarespace. ------------. This is a one time project for now. It could lead to more work down the road if it breeds success. The goal is to update the home page (some work has been done) so it Jumps out and compels the searcher to book a lesson. Most of the verbiage will come from me. All new pics and videos will be provided. The second thing is a better flow of the site so it does not read like a flyer or a template. It needs to be in my voice, the same way I speak and of course teach. Conversational.

  1. Candidate must be proficient in Squarespace website builder. I will not move the site out of Squarespace. It has been moved too many times already. Plus I know how to make changes myself as needed.
  2. It is preferred that the potential hire for this project has a background in baseball or softball playing, coaching or teaching or sports sites in general. If you have sites you have worked on in Squarespace, please send the links.
  3. Must be willing to work in a collaborative effort with me. I have been doing this a long time. I know what I am looking for. It is not the same homepage you see on almost every instructor's website. I am different. I dare to be different. I don't just say what I will do I tell the how and they why. 
  4. The flow of the site needs to be improved so there are constant reminders and buttons to either book a lesson or send me an inquiry note.
