This is a hybrid role that requires some on-site work (inside our Indianapolis, Indiana office). In addition to the on-site duties, there are additional responsibilities that can be completed outside of the office, resulting in this being a hybrid role.

The Senior Website & Special Projects Manager supports the ongoing operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the companyโ€™s website ecosystem and assists with enterprise-level and departmental projects. This role is responsible for executing website updates, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring reliable, well-governed digital solutions that support business needs and day-to-day operations.

You will learn how to be the expert to best serve our members:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for website performance, governance, and optimization.
  • Support the execution of the website vision and roadmap established by leadership and manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all company websites and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with the AVP of Growth & Creative to ensure websites align with brand standards, accessibility requirements, UX best practices, and business objectives.
  • Monitor website analytics, SEO, performance, and conversion metrics; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage ongoing website updates, enhancements, and maintenance to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to web and digital experience.


You will make a difference as you live out our purpose:

  • Act as a trusted partner to Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders by supporting the execution of website and marketing-related projects.
  • Serve as the execution coordinator for approved Promotion, Special Offer, and Campaign initiatives, assigning work and managing next steps once intake review and stakeholder alignment are complete.
  • Coordinate resources across marketing functions (email, design, web, and related teams), tracking progress and facilitating collaboration to drive timely completion.
  • Define and track project requirements, timelines, dependencies, and priorities in partnership with stakeholders. Leverage Planner as a project management tool; be the expert on resources within the Microsoft products (Teams integrations, etc.).
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver work on time and within scope.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and completion updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership, including proactively identifying atโ€‘risk projects and executing escalation plans as needed.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives by coordinating website and marketing execution activities.


You will help grow the business:

  • Drive continuous improvement of the website ecosystem to support lead generation, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance digital capabilities, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Establish and maintain website governance, standards, and workflows to support sustainable growth.
  • Ensure enterprise and departmental projects deliver measurable business value.
  • Support long-term digital strategy through data-driven decision-making and prioritization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of our website platform, with a deeper understanding of tools and analytics within the CMS.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional and enterprise-level projects without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in website management, digital operations, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level or cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
  • Project management certification or formal training preferred, but not required.
