Supporting the Strategy & Planning team across all on-going client work and new business development. Support strategic initiatives through intelligence gathering, research design-analysis and strategic support materials (e.g. research findings, briefing materials).

Job Description


Integrated Project Manager will be responsible for supporting a Senior Digital Project Manager across multiple large scale website projects. Additionally, this individual will be directly responsible for managing small scale digital projects including
emails, banners, landing pages, microsites as well as ongoing site maintenance tasks. This person must be digitally savvy and have experience managing digital projects from strategy, through user experience and design, to development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Senior Project Manager to generate estimates and statements of work.
Develop project plans and manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables according to the statement of work.
Regularly communicate status of projects by means of weekly meetings, status reports and updates.
Assist in documenting project technical and functional requirements.
Ensure that workflow processes are adhered to.
Internal trafficking between account management, creative, programming and/orproduction. (e.g. - Tracking creative/digital revisions and ensuring they are implemented accurately.)
Interface with clients to manage the delivery of projects.
External vendor communication and management.
Creating and revising job updates and change orders.
Must be able to diplomatically enforce deadlines.
Willingness to do what it takes to see jobs through to completion and meet
deadlines.



Qualifications

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
2+ years experience as a digital project manager on emails, banners, landing pages, microsites, etc
Be passionate and informed about the digital space
Must have experience managing programmers
Must be able to put together a detailed project plan in Microsoft Project, Basecamp experience a plus
