Your Future Team

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, Project Manager is responsible for driving execution across Hightower's marketing organization through disciplined project management, operational leadership, and strategic integration planning. This role oversees marketing workflow management, including website project prioritization, vendor onboarding processes, ticket management, SLA tracking, and operational reporting. This role serves as a central hub connecting marketing, newly onboarding advisor teams, M&A, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, efficiently, and at scale.

A key responsibility of this role is leading the marketing integration of newly acquired advisor teams joining Hightower and Hightower Signature Wealth, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, accelerating adoption of marketing capabilities, and project managing rebranding and website and social platform migrations.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the planning and prioritization of website projects and vendor onboarding for existing teams resulting from acquisitions. Identify marketing integrations risks, dependencies, resource constraints.
  • Develop and execute marketing onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new practices joining Hightower and Hightower Signature Wealth.
  • Own Hightower's marketing technology ecosystem, including platform strategy, vendor management, contract oversight, budget tracking.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve martech capabilities through AI, automation and process optimization.
  • Partner with Product, Platform & Innovation, Compliance, and other cross‑functional teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies that enhance the advisor and client experience.
  • Develop scalable processes and governance that drive consistent adoption of marketing tools and best practices across Hightower and Hightower Signature Wealth advisor teams.
  • Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of marketing support requests, ensuring timely delivery and a consistent advisor experience.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to optimize planning, resource allocation, and execution.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or growth marketing within the financial services industry or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a high‑performing team
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance‑tracking tools (Hubspot experience strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry
  • The ability to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and new marketing technologies
