Thrasker is a fast-growing digital agency headquartered in Florida, USA, with a rapidly expanding development and creative team. We deliver world-class digital products, branding, and web solutions to clients in the U.S. and beyond. We are seeking a results-driven Website Development Project Manager to lead the development of custom websites for multiple clients in St.Pete, Florida.


Role Overview:

In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients and communicate with developers to guide projects from concept through development and live deployment. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of website projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, innovation in design, and alignment with client expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to define website goals, appearance, and functionality
  • Lead the website design process and manage the development team
  • Develop user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces and oversee SEO implementation
  • Integrate images, videos, and plugins into websites
  • Troubleshoot and test prototypes; monitor live deployments
  • Perform CGI and code checks to optimize website performance
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Document development processes and procedures
