Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Ecommerce Manager to help optimize our ever-growing online presence. As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be working on a team dedicated to implementing our online sales strategy in order to drive revenue, increase market share, and improve overall customer experience. You will also work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify new growth opportunities and enhance our competitive advantage in the market.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee key functions of various sales channels that may include direct-to-consumer internal websites, marketplace selling, and/or drop ship agreements.
  • Execute effective online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional areas such as Marketing, Category Management, Pricing, and others, in order to achieve sales goals.
  • Contribute to various online merchandising tasks such as product categorization/attribution, content enhancement, price analysis, paid advertising, etc.
  • Help develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of our ecommerce efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in ecommerce operational activities such as order fulfillment, customer communications, liaising with freight carriers, and more.
  • Collaborate with IT, UX, and design teams to implement new features and enhancements to the ecommerce platform.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in ecommerce with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with marketplace integration software such as ChannelAdvisor (Rithum), Mirakl, ChannelEngine, Celigo, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful online strategies.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI generative tools.
  • Some customer service experience helpful but not required
