Job Summary

Tampa Bay Sports isseekingorganized, detail-oriented team members to support our e-commerce operations as the official online retailer of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Sun FC. This role plays a key part in delivering a top-notch fan experience, with a primary focus on theaccurateandtimelyfulfillment of online orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick products for online orders using packing slips or pick lists

  • Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring products arrive safelytocustomers

  • Print and apply shipping labels; prepare shipments for daily FedEx pickups

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing/shipping workspace

  • Helpconsolidateand organize inventory to maximize storage efficiency

  • Restock e-commerce inventory and pull new merchandise from the warehouse

  • Assistwith product tagging, promotional packaging, and special projects

  • Support returns and exchanges processing

  • Participate in cycle counts, inventory audits, and other retail operations as needed

  • Provide support during promotions, game days, andspecial events

  • May be assigned to work indifferent functionsof retail or event types as needed, including concerts, hockey games, the plaza store, warehouse, etc.

Qualifications

  • At least six months prior experience working in customer service

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Previousexperience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, or retail is preferred

  • Familiarity with Shopify andShipStationis preferred

  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to occasionally support other areas of retail operations
