Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Run and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to manage backlog grooming and user story creation
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and address issues proactively
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Track and report project performance metrics including key milestones, budget expenditures, and resource utilization
  • Provide regular status updates and executive-level presentations to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Manage project resources and staff allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency
Required Skills
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience with 3+ years leading IT program delivery
  • Strong E-Commerce and Retail domain knowledge; minimum 2-3 managed e-commerce projects
  • Expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies
