What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the E-Commerce department, including business planning, content strategy, customer experience, web analytics, and supporting technologies
  • Drive E-Commerce initiatives end-to-end, acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, implement, and test new ideas
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans that support overall E-Commerce growth
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, generate insights, and guide decision-making across the organization

  • Manage financial performance, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting
