Hours: Approximately 20โ€“25 hours per week

Sprout Schools is a growing network of five early childhood education centers dedicated to providing high-quality, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environments for young children. We are passionate about building strong teams of educators who support our mission and values.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Part-Time Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our five Sprout Schools locations. This role will focus primarily on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for Early Childhood Education (ECE) teaching positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in recruiting within education or similar fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with school leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Source qualified ECE teacher candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and outreach strategies
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and school directors
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and challenges

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in education, childcare, or related fields
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a flexible, part-time capacity

Preferred Qualifications:
