IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Educational Sales Consultant to join our field sales team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of both the IXL and Rosetta Stone K-12 platforms.

We're seeking people with energy and compassion, who can make learning about IXL and Rosetta Stone an enjoyable experience for educators.

This is a full-time remote position for candidates in the Atlanta, Georgia, metro area.ย  #LI-REMOTE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGย 
  • Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customersย  #LI-ATLANTA
  • Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales processย 
  • Meet sales goals on a consistent basisย 
  • Help to design and implement new and creative sales strategiesย 
  • Understand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trendsย 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customersย 
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offeringsย 
  • Promote IXL and Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences nationwideย 
  • Daily travel in territory to customer sites
  • Ability to travel 75-80% with periodic overnights as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • BA/BS degreeย 
  • 3+ years of educational sales experienceย 
  • Classroom experience and/or a related educational field preferredย 
  • Familiarity with Web-based technologiesย 
  • Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlinesย 
  • Ability to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goalsย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsย 
  • Demonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for bringing technology into the classroom
