Responsibilities and Duties
  • Book, plan and carry out online 'Consultations' with students/families, in order to enrol them with School is Easy.
  • Plan and execute the entire sales process from initial contact with the family, through to consultation and enrolment.
  • Assess students based on learning style, academic ability, personality, needs/aspirations, interests/hobbies, in order to make well-informed and appropriate recommendations.
  • Generate referrals from families during the consultation process and report/follow-up on these to generate new consultations.
  • Provide consultation reports to the SIE Director to include - a summary of the content covered, recommendation made to family, outcome of consultation.
  • Have a robust, current knowledge of the USA education sector and understand how private tuition fits into it, so you are able to discuss it confidently with families.
  • Must be available daytime, evenings and weekends by phone, text or email to respond to leads quickly and be flexible to client availability. You can schedule consultations that are convenient to you.

Qualifications and personal attributes
  • Ideally educated to degree level.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role, ideally consultative sales.
  • Experience in the education sector preferred.
  • Great relationship builder, adept at understanding client needs, with excellent objection handling skills and the ability to position yourself as a 'trusted advisor' to our families.
  • Good understanding of the USA education landscape and the private tutoring market. Ability to demonstrate how private tuition can complement/augment mainstream education.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to schedule own appointments and document/report outcomes.

Compensation
$5 per lead follow up
$45 close "pay as you go"
$65 for 30-hour package
$75 for 40-hour package
Several leads come in towards the beginning of the school year and taper off towards the end of the school year.
This job is paid by the number of lead follow ups and commission of sales.
This is a job that requires a flexible schedule and the ability to respond to leads that come in randomly and with no predictability.
This is not a fulltime job - this is meant to supplement your income or your partner's income.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $80.00 - $1,800.00 per month
