Job description

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-class online school delivering live, real-time learning to ambitious students around the world. With over 1000 students joining us from 65 countries, our vision is to unlock our students' limitless potential, together, for extraordinary futures.
We are doing this by:
  • Igniting a passion for learning that accelerates academic performance and success regardless of age.
  • Fostering a global community that broadens students' perspectives and develops their skills to make a difference on the world stage.
  • Providing cutting-edge technology for teachers to launch students into their future while giving parents transparency into their child's education.

Due to rapid growth across North America, we are seeking a results-oriented Educational Sales Consultant to join our team. We are looking for a high-achiever who excels at building immediate rapport, managing a pipeline with precision, and hitting ambitious growth targets.
While this role sits within the education sector, it is a performance-driven position. The ideal candidate likely has 2-3+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment (SaaS, recruitment, or consultative services) and knows how to guide a prospect from initial inquiry to a closed enrollment.
This is a full-time remote position, based in the US or Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Enrollment: Lead consultations with prospective families, using a discovery-based approach to align our programs with their educational goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage inbound leads within Hubspot, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates from inquiry to consultation.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment quotas for both new and returning families.
  • Strategic Outreach: Identify and forge high-value partnerships with businesses and organizations to create new lead-generation channels.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with Marketing teams to optimize lead quality and identify untapped distribution channels in the US and Canadian markets.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the school at industry expos, seminars, and public speaking engagements to drive brand awareness and lead flow.

Who You Are
  • The Experienced Closer: You have at least 2-3 years of proven success in a sales-heavy role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • The Expert Communicator: You are a master storyteller who can command a room (or a Zoom call) and distill complex information into a compelling "pitch."
  • The Growth Strategist: You don't just wait for leads; you enjoy the "hunt" of researching new markets and building partnerships.
  • The Tech-Savvy Professional: You are comfortable working remotely and are proficient in CRM workflows (ideally Hubspot).
  • The Mission-Driven Partner: You are passionate about the future of education and want to use your sales skills to change students' lives.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university.
  • Demonstrated sales background (previous experience in "Admissions" is a plus, but a "Sales" track record is our priority).
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach via video chat and phone.
  • Familiarity with the US/UK private school landscape is an advantage but not required.
We look forward to hearing from you!
