Job Summary
Responsible for supporting organizational development initiatives that strengthen culture, enable change, and promote employee engagement. Assists with program coordination, communication efforts, and training activities that build leadership and organizational effectiveness. Provides administrative and analytical support to organizational development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee experience priorities. Collaborates with HR partners, leaders, and employees to contribute to a high-performance and inclusive workplace.
Essential Functions
โ€ข Assists in coordinating organizational assessments, employee engagement surveys, and culture-related activities.
โ€ข Supports change management initiatives by preparing communication materials, scheduling meetings, and tracking activities.
โ€ข Coordinates logistics for leadership development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
โ€ข Prepares and distributes communications to reinforce culture, support change, and promote organizational initiatives.
โ€ข Assists with maintaining program documentation, records, and data to measure impact and recommend improvements.
โ€ข Provides administrative support for mentoring, coaching, and succession planning activities.
โ€ข Helps facilitate focus groups, workshops, and feedback sessions by managing logistics and documenting outcomes.
โ€ข Collaborates with HR and business partners to ensure alignment of development activities with organizational priorities.
โ€ข Responds to employee and leader inquiries regarding organizational development programs and resources.
โ€ข Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience in training coordination, leadership development, learning and development, or HR support
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
