This position is remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while ensuring that you can reach and support clients effectively. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes healthcare professionals, educators, and family support personnel to ensure every child receives the most comprehensive care possible.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental milestones and areas of concern.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and other team members.
• Monitor and document outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of children and their families.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families, equipping them with the tools and resources necessary to enhance their child's development effectively.
• Develop rapport and trust with children, families, and collaboration partners, creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Utilize natural environment teaching principles and a coaching model to facilitate learning in everyday contexts.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and ethics.

This position primarily focuses on young children, particularly those under three years old, who may experience disabilities or delays in their development. Your work will directly impact their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social skills, aiding them in achieving critical developmental milestones. By partnering with families, you help create tailored strategies that leverage the child’s unique strengths, fostering a holistic approach to early intervention.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel as necessary.
• A demonstrated ability to adapt to different learning styles to meet the specific needs of each child.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices effectively.
• Bilingual capabilities are encouraged but not required.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using a family-centered approach.
• Experience cooperating with diverse teams to achieve common goals related to child development.
