About the Role:
  • USA Express is seeking an organized, experienced, and reliable individual to join our Attorney Service Department. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal support environment. This is a Full-time position.
    Responsibilities
    • Prepare and process court e-filings accurately and timely
    • Handle e-recordings and related documentation
    • Maintain constant communication with clients regarding filing status and updates
    • Coordinate and set up over-the-counter court filings
    • Review documents for completeness and compliance with court requirements
    • Manage deadlines and prioritize urgent filings
    • Provide professional customer service and support to attorneys and clients
  • Qualifications
    • Previous experience in legal support, attorney services, or court filing preferred
    • Knowledge of court e-filing systems and recording procedures
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
    • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
